This year we tried our hands at Baseball. Both Deegan and Chandler wanted to play which is fine expect I signed them up hoping for them to be on the same team. But, that did not happen. Deegan ended up on the younger team of the Braves. Chandler ended up on the older team of the White Sox. The start of the season was really cold be bundled up for the practices and games.
Deegan's 1st game. It was so fun to watch these little guys try to figure out what to do and where to go. I have some video that I will put on next time. But they had so much fun and showed lots of improvement by the end of the season. Plus they had a really good coach. Thanks for the fun year.
Chandler had lots of fun. He would get so excited with every play and every hit he would jump up and down. I guess that helped make them go faster. They hit off the tee at the first of the year but ended up doing coach pitch by the end and did a really good job.
It was a little crazy most weeks we had a game every night of the week and some nights 2 games which ended up with mom driving back and forth.
But we decided it was worth it. They had so much fun. Improved so much and really they looked so stinkn' cute in those little uniforms. Chandler even hit a couple of home runs!
