Flaming Gorge Days

So this weekend was Flaming Gorge Days in Green River and Reed was needing to work but I convinced him to at least go the parade with me and the boys. I love parades but I also grew up in a small town were it was fun and down to earth and everyone went full out on the floats. But I am sorry to say, and no offense to Wyoming-ites, but I was very disapointed. There were no big pretty floats. Infact most "floats" were a sign put onto someones truck. I really don't mind that but it was pretty much the whole parade.
But on a more positive note it was fun. The boys got candy and had fun. This is Deegan getting so excited because he "caught" a candy. Really it hit him in the foot but he was pretty excited!
This is Reed having a huddle with the boys and teaching them how to be fast and fight for the candy. It was funny. Chandler struggled a little at first but got better at fighting for it but poor Deegan just will probably struggle his whole life. j/k
